Please take into account that in the event of payment by credit card, your booking is automatically secured and you will receive the booking confirmation on the website and via e-mail.
If you have selected the option of bank transfer payment, you will receive an e-mail booking notification with the details of your booked dates, instructions for completing the booking, and payment details. You will have to complete the bank transfer payment up to 34 days prior to arrival so we could receive the payment within 3 (three) working days. If we have not received your payment after the expiry of the said deadline, your booking will be cancelled. The bank transfer will not be possible if your arrival date is less than 15 days away.
All prices include VAT and tourist fees for all the members of your group.
PAYMENT WITH A FOREIGN CREDIT CARD
The amount that we will charge you will be in Euro (EUR). If you have money in another currency on your credit card, the conversion into Euro will be done according to your company’s exchange rate. As a result of the conversion, slight variations between the price indicated on our website and the one charged to you are possible. Molo Longo agency shall not be deemed responsible for any price differences that are the result of currency conversions.
Once the online payment has been completed, you will receive a payment confirmation via e-mail.
Terms of cancellation
If you wish to cancel your payment, please contact us in writing via e-mail address email@example.com and explain your reasons for cancelling.
